Kindergarten Phonics----The Kindergarten students will continue their study of the sound that the letter "Oo" makes-----keyword----octopus. Then, the students will begin the study of the sound that the letter "Gg" makes----keyword----goat.
Kindergarten Reading----The Kindergarten students will be reading color words----red,blue and yellow. The students will be learning how to put the sounds that the letters make together and sound out the phonics word----l--o--g.
Kindergarten Handwriting----The Kindergarten students will be printing the letters "Oo" and "Gg". Also, the students will be printing their first name on the line.
Kindergarten Math----The Kindergarten students will be learning about the terms----"Left, Between and Right". The students will also be learning about "Sorting by Size" and "Sorting by Color and Shape". The number "3", the "rectangle" shape and the color "yellow" will also be studied.
Kindergarten Religion----In Chapter 3, in the Kindergarten "We Believe" Religion Book, the students will learn that "God Give Us Water".
Kindergarten Social Studies----The Kindergarten students will continue their study of "American Symbols"-----the "Statue of Liberty" and the "Liberty Bell".
Kindergarten Science----The Kindergarten students will be learning about "Living and Non-Living Things".
Crafts----The Kindergarten students will be making a "Statue of Liberty" hat and torch and a "Liberty Bell" necklace.
